Nothing stupid on Jim's end, no siree. Not this time, anyway. Once they catch up to him, they'll find him at the surf shop, the building just as easy for him to find as Verity had indicated. He's not sitting idle, however, instead walking in a wide circle around the building to cool down after the exercise. And rather than see if the shop sells beverages, he's broken into the water bottle that Verity gave him, far more willing now to drain that first, a little at a time.

His body isn't terribly happy with him on a couple of different levels, but at least some of it is the good kind of ache that comes with a quality workout. The rest... well, that's something he can endure without too much complaint 'til he's back to fighting fit.
